SMU Short Takes

Alpha Chis participate in philanthropy

Students are being encouraged to bring baby products as well as money to give to charity.

The Alpha Chi Omega sorority "Hugs and Pampers" drive supports women who are victims of domestic violence across Texas.

Collections will be taken from Feb. 18-22 at the Hughes-Trigg Student Center and the Alpha Chi house to give to the Genesis Women's Shelter.

On March 1, all proceeds will be delivered to the shelter in celebration of Hera Day, a national Alpha Chi Omega holiday celebrating personal service to others.
